Dear Coach/Manager,

Welcome!   Everything that you need is on the website. Just look to the left for the topic you are interested in. Check out the tentative game schedules, tournament rules, scoring, field maps, directions, and the medical release form. We are excited about hosting our traditional tournament again this year and hope that your team will have an enjoyable and unforgettable day of soccer.

Registration
  • Download the registration form from the web site.  Beat the deadline for the "early bird" special rate.
  • Teams should sign in at the on-site registration desk under the pavilion at the soccer fields on Zenner Rd.  Try to register at least 30 minutes before your game.  
  • At registration please be sure to give us an official roster (if you did not send one in with your tournament application), any money that you still owe, player ID cards, medical release forms (forms can be downloaded from this website), and if needed permission to travel forms. You will need all these items to play in the tournament.
  • If you foresee any trouble getting any of these items, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

Players
  • All participating players and coaches MUST have  their USYSA or CSA player cards/passes.
  • This tournament is designed for club teams and premier teams (we do not allow tournament teams).
Rosters
  • 14 Players are allowed on your roster for u8's and u10's
  • 16 players are allowed on your roster for u12's
  • 22 players are allowed on your roster for all other ages groups
  • We will be providing trophies and awards based on these numbers
Divisions
  • "A" is for teams playing in CDYSL Divisions 1 and 2
  • "B" is for teams playing in CDYSL Divisions 3 and 4
  • "C" is for teams playing in CDYSL Divisions 5 and geographic
  • We will be using the CDYSL divisions for placing teams.
  • Non-CDYSL teams will be placed by the tournament director.
  • Premier teams will be expected to play up one division
Guest Players
  • Two guest players are allowed in the A division
  • We will not allow guest players in the B and C divisions unless you ask for approval prior to the tournament day.
Parking
  • Parking spaces are limited.  We normally have 100 teams registered for the tournament.  We highly encourage car pooling.  See the NSC Field Map or the Aerial Map for the parking and field area layout.  The main parking lot is at the end of Zenner Rd.  There is also a parking lot accessible from Balltown Rd (Rt 146).  Additional parking will also be available at Craig School.  Note that there is no parking allowed on Zenner Rd, at the Fire House, or along the fences in the parking lots.  You will be towed if you park in any of these places.
Miscellaneous
  • Pets are not allowed on the Soccer Complex.
